  Lovely location and plenty of options around the apartment if you like dining out. Devynn has been great with all our concerns. Great apartment with all new and upgraded facilities. Love the event they host here and people in the community are amazing. Both my family and my dog loves it here 🫶🏻

  we love it here! My little family has been here about 6 months now, and we could not have made it without the pool and hot tub. Maintenance is very quick, and our neighbors are wonderful.

  If you enjoy living in a chaotic, crime-ridden, “woke” environment where management enables bad behavior instead of stopping it, Notch 66 is absolutely the place for you. I moved here from out of state expecting a peaceful, well-managed community — what I got was the complete opposite. From day one, the paper-thin walls made it impossible to relax. You can hear everything: barking dogs, slammed doors, screaming matches, and even intimacy. The construction is cheap, insulation nonexistent, and the “luxury” finishings are a complete illusion. Don’t fall for the photos — it’s overpriced, fake luxury with hidden fees. Seven months in, new neighbors moved in with possible criminal affiliations. What started as noise quickly escalated to full-blown harassment — constant banging, stomping, and intimidation. I filed multiple complaints. Management laughed it off, made excuses, and let it continue until I was forced to leave for my own health and safety. And after all that, they still charged me over $5,000 upon moving out. That alone tells you how this place is run — with greed, negligence, and zero accountability. Outside the unit, things are just as bad. Buildings get egged, vandalism is common, and strange, shirtless men loiter around staring at women and children. The complex was even SWATTED due to criminal activity — exactly what I warned management about. Of course, they ignored me until it was too late. They also charge a $150 “convenience fee” for an app that’s free at my current (and cheaper) complex. It’s a scam. I came here looking for peace and ended up in chaos. If you value safety, professionalism, and basic human decency, avoid Notch 66 at all costs. This place is a ticking time bomb with bad management, poor construction, and no real oversight.

  Nice apartments. Good views, nice amenities. And the apartment life team with Arile and Luke just fantastic!!! The apartment life team are always very up beat and cheerful and very sweet, kind individuals. Always planning some amazing events that everyone can enjoy! taking in suggestions from the residence. Making sure everyone feels heard and enjoys there time here. And super helpful and easy to talk to and I really enjoy their company! Always smiling and helpful. I wish all Complex’s had an Arile and Luke! They definitely help make this complex fee more like a cozy community!

  We have lived at Notch 66 for 10 months and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From Devynn who helped us during the leasing process and beyond, to Valerie, Colin, Shane and Shaun who helped to address maintenance issues at move in and as needs arise, they have all gone above and beyond to make our experience here outstanding. And Apartment Life has regular monthly activities to join in and meet other residents. Ariel and Luke do such an amazing job of creating wonderful themed events, with coordinating decor and refreshments! Best complex we have ever lived in…so blessed to be here!
