The short version: The place is a dump and DRASTICALLY overpriced given the quality it offers its residents. One of their two bedrooms isn't worth more than $1000 a month.
The long vsrsion: I lived here from November 2024 to August 2025. It’s rents are comparable to surrounding complexes, but it’s not really competing at their level. A non-exhaustive list of my personal complaints are as follows:
1. The apartment was not ready on my move-in date.
2. Maintenance requests took more than a week to be addressed.
3. The toilet clogged All The Time.
4. A third of the time residing here I had to obtain my mail from the Post Office as the mailboxes were broken and they didn't appear to be in any rush to fix them.
5. Not all the outlets in my apartment worked.
6. They sneak in a lot of contrived fees each month in your rent.
7. The overall quality of the buildings is very low also. They are generally old, dank, and shabby. Added to that they are incredibly loud: if your Apartment is anywhere near 6th Avenue forget about opening your windows.
8. The security is very low and I suspect there is regular crime occurring on the premises. I say this because someone busted into my vehicle attempting to steal it and THE VERY NIGHT AFTER getting it back from the shop they finally succeeded. My police report is LK25020787, if you care to look it up.
9. They forced me to pay for an extra month by enforcing a “notice to vacate” rule past the end of my lease:
I had a six month lease, but through what was evidently a clerical error they had me listed as a 12-month. As such they never contacted me with the requisite re-signing or vacating documents they supplement to other residents. I finally emailed them to see if there was anything they needed me to do before vacating at the end of my lease. They told me that I should have signed a notice to vacate the lease a month ago. At first one of the office workers recognized the error and was willing to accommodate the oversight, however a more obnoxious personality, evidently named Crystal Randle, intervened to prevent any considerate behavior on their part.
10. When I moved to my new residence they requested a tenant report from Glen, but it evidently doesn't communicate well with other apartment complexes. I asked the office at my new place if they received it and they said "No, Glen is pretty rude to us." I just laughed, and said "Well, that figures as they're pretty rude to their tenants."
They will no doubt respond to this with some sort of variation on "sorry to hear of your experience". Just know, they aren't sorry and they don't care. Whatever discount you get with them isn't worth it.

I lived here 10 years ago and I still occasionally think about how terrible the experience was. Glen, formerly Westhills, was a nightmare and recent reviews suggest nothing has changed. I never leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s my civic duty to warn others about this place. The mold problem persists even a decade later, continuing to cause respiratory issues for residents. If you are sensitive to mold or concerned about your health, please do not move here.

I recently started working in the area and have been looking for somewhere close to work when my lease is up. Crystal was very helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions and I enjoyed my time visiting this community. I'll be back to move in!
