Especially our manager, Sarah Weller. Sarah goes out of her way to provide information we need on a regular basis. We have had some unprofessional board members in the past as well as some difficult residents, and Sarah has continued working with a very high level of professionalism. We've had other companies and other managers, and Sarah and Associa have been the best so far.
