  Not one into leaving a review but, I just want to say management and staff are incredibly helpful and will always work with you if you have any problems that come up. I also want to give a big thank you to Kyna at the front office—she is always quick to help and so friendly every time. Great apartments, amenities, close to everything in the Denver area, this is a steal for the area we live in. Everyone here is amazing, and I truly appreciate how well everything is taken care of and in a timely manner. Will definitely be renewing my lease this year!

  If you don't want to be scammed don't move here is the worst place you can be after 8 years leaving in this sanctuary they still my money they send me bill to pay 4000$ for one bathroom is insane stay away from this place is horror movie!...

  McKenna was extremely helpful throughout the process of finding a new apartment for me. Her communication was great and she got me in quick to tour 2 different size apartments. She was very kind the whole time and helped find what is best for my needs. She wasn’t pushy with me and her attitude towards everything was great in a market full of pushy and rude leasing agents. While I’m still exploring options, this place is high on list for me

  Units and amenities are gorgeous, and access to trail and 470 are huge advantages. But when I rented in 2023, there had been NINE (9) turnovers of property manager in the last few years. On the first day, my door didn't lock, the previous tenant's loose takeout was steaming in the trash can in the sun, and I pulled someone else's underwear out of the washer. Maintenance were understaffed and likely underpaid, and I struggled for months to get non-urgent but still annoying things taken care of. Getting a call answered or returned was nearly impossible, and it pretty much takes you walking your physical body over to the office and confronting someone to have anything happen. It's a pretty typical corporate-owned complex that sucks. But if the location and price work for you, eh, there are much worse choices.

  Do not move in here! No one is accountable if you have maintenance issues. The “management” is poor, non-responsive and will not address your issues. Every month I get a late fee, even though my rent has never been late. The turnover is high and the absolute incompetence of any one Avenue 5 employees is horrendous. They break Colorado state laws consistently and will violate your tenant rights without so much as an apology. My A/C has been out for over a month and I have a service animal and they make more excuses than any company I have ever experienced. Live on the streets, in your car or anywhere else possible. This place shouldn’t even be a last resort. I informed them I would report them to the Colorado Attorney General for the constant violations to their tenants and they threatened to cease further contact because they are too ignorant to know the difference between an attorney and the Attorney General. Do not trust their lies and snake like smoothness. They will take your money and not even bother to do a proper maintenance turn on units before you move in. The other poor souls that got sucked in are typically kind individuals but this property is the worst in my 20 year rental experience in Colorado.
