I’ve lived here for 2 weeks. The washer and dishwasher immediately started flooding our kitchen. The dryer doesn’t dry our clothes. The handle for the balcony broke off when trying to open it. The bedroom closet door was off the hinges and almost fell on my 3 year old which thankfully it didn’t, but would have caused injury to him if it didnt . I’m just waiting for the next problem.

Hands down super helpful and awesome. 2 years ago i got a divorce and got evicted. I had issues getting denied everywhere couldn't find a place to stay. I got it sealed and figured it would be easier no it wasnt not at all everywhere could still see it and denied me. But this place is different they not only went out of there way to help me but made sure everything was good when I did get approved finally through one of their services. They are super nice and very helpful. I would even give it 10 stars if I could. Added bonus Sarai at the front desk is cute so it makes the whole process easier on the eyes too.

I recently moved in July 11th and my experience has been frustrating.
I tried to be understanding about the lack of communication and miscommunication. But it’s only been a month of living here and the one issue I went in to resolve before August started is still not fixed.
I’ve been trying to resolve an incorrect $200 charge on my rent for days. When I moved in they said because I was first responder I got half off admin fees and a type of discount towards the move in fee. Well that $200 has stayed on my account since I moved in 7/11. They kept assuring me don’t worry about it it’ll be gone by the time August rent is due.
Now it’s 8/15. My daughter’s birthday. And What should be $1,660 is showing as $2,036. I’ve gone in person multiple times, where I was told the issue would be resolved and I’d get an email or text by the end of the day but that never happened. It even scheduled an appointment for a 10am spot on Monday. Monday came around no one opens the door until 10:15ish. Then I go in and the ONE person I need to meet with doesn’t have time. She takes a note of my apartment unit and says I’ll call you or email you by end of day. That was days ago.
It’s been three days of calling with no answer, emailing with no reply, and still no resolution. I work overnight shifts, so this has been especially difficult I’ve had to go to the office during the day when I should be sleeping, just to try and get this fixed.
This is not the first instance of miscommunication. Even before moving in, there were issues with my move-in date and the rent amount. Thankfully, I had written proof of the rate I was promised; otherwise, I would have been charged more.
I’m now stuck waiting to see if this incorrect charge will be fixed, but I’m worried that if I pay what I can for the week, I’ll never be reimbursed. With this level of poor communication and follow-through, it’s hard to trust that the situation will be handled correctly.
I also want to add that the Domuso app they use to take rent payments has rejected my payments. Even though I have $2700 in my account it will not take the INCORRECT 2036 because of a risk factor? Apparently Domuso pays the rent while it finishes processing so if they feel there is a risk of failed payment they will decline it. I have NO ongoing auto payments in place with this account. I strictly use it for rent. So this is just wild. The best response from Domuso was hey go get a money order and your fine that way. Like it’s not an inconvenience.
I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and the way NO ONE has even reached out to apologize for the delay. And the way no one cares to fix my issue.
As someone who just moved in. I’d highly advise you look elsewhere.
UPDATE 8/25/2025
It has now been over a month since I moved in and despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I still have not received a response from management. The over $200 charge on my rent remains unresolved, I have not been refunded for the overpayment, and no one has provided a clear explanation or solution.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication I’ve called, emailed, and gone in person multiple times, yet no one follows up as promised. At this point, the silence and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
If management cannot resolve a basic billing error in a timely and professional manner, it raises serious concerns about how they handle all other resident issues. I strongly urge current and future residents to be cautious.
I did go to leave a review to the BBB. This business is NOT BBB Accredited.

I’ve lived here for two years, my cars have been registered with the old owners, and I’ve never had towing issues. A year into my lease, I found out the towing company listed wasn’t even in business anymore, but the old owners told me I was still covered since my vehicles were tied to my lease. Now these new property managers suddenly expect me to re-register—without ever telling anyone that towing was back in effect. They’re quick to want to tow cars but haven’t bothered to fix the fact that the exterior building lights have been on 24/7 for months, something we’re literally taxed for in our lease bill. Not to mention how bad those towing stickers damage car windows. If my car gets towed, that’s on them, not me. So glad we arent renewing this year. P.S.MY CAR IS REGISTERED and has been. These new owners are just lazy and don't do their homework. They haven't received any good reviews for the past month rent here and be prepared to be ghosted.

This place was absolutely horrible. I lived here for a year and not only was the management terrible, but the rent was insanely high. I had better experiences in a COLLEGE dorm room.
Seriously if you care about your well-being do not live here. They also let mold grow in my apartment and refused to acknowledge it. Insane. New management needs to be hired ASAP. Seriously don't know how they are collecting a pay check.
Not to mention they have the rudest front staff if they every even answer your calls. Insane. Place needs to be shut down.
