- AKAlisha KinesNov 24, 20251.0I have had nothing but horrible experiences since Hudson Grove bought belle creek Apartment. Since January my furnace and air conditioner has broken down. During negative temperatures they slapped a band aid on it. The sliding glass door handle broke off and my apartment dropped to 56 degrees. I couldn't get anyone to fix it and yep, I had to go to corporate. Only a few weeks later, broke again. My air conditioner started breaking. Multiple times they had to have contractors come out to fix it. Now the furnace is releasing CO2. They've had to shut down the entire system. They brought space heaters and told me they'll work on getting us a new one. The worst part, I have a special needs daughter on oxygen and has a feeding tube who's non-verbal. She doesn't understand that it's damgerous. The manager in the office pretty much told me to control my daughter and it's not her problem. The contractor told me they stopped making the system in my apartment years ago and it's twenty years old. At this point, I probably won't have this fixed by Thanksgiving and I have family coming in. I will never recommend a soul to this apartment complex with the management in place. Whenever I see someone move in I want to tell them to run. I have so many things that have broken, need fixed, or have barely been fixed. It takes them days to do a maintenance request. The office staff is rude and cruel. This is a great neighborhood but Hudson Grove is horrible.
- LLLacey LindSep 16, 20252.0I’ve lived here for 2 weeks. The washer and dishwasher immediately started flooding our kitchen. The dryer doesn’t dry our clothes. The handle for the balcony broke off when trying to open it. The bedroom closet door was off the hinges and almost fell on my 3 year old which thankfully it didn’t, but would have caused injury to him if it didnt . I’m just waiting for the next problem.
- JAJoshua AmarosaAug 21, 20255.0Hands down super helpful and awesome. 2 years ago i got a divorce and got evicted. I had issues getting denied everywhere couldn't find a place to stay. I got it sealed and figured it would be easier no it wasnt not at all everywhere could still see it and denied me. But this place is different they not only went out of there way to help me but made sure everything was good when I did get approved finally through one of their services. They are super nice and very helpful. I would even give it 10 stars if I could. Added bonus Sarai at the front desk is cute so it makes the whole process easier on the eyes too.
