  Thank you Saré Merrigan! My husband and I worked with Saré to sell our home in Golden, Colorado. From beginning to end Saré was professional, knowledgeable, and available to help answer our questions about the market and selling the home. Saré met with us months in advance to talk through recommended updates to the home to get it ready for sale. She also recommended the selling price point given the current market. Saré worked with her colleagues to stage the home, and have professional photos taken for the listing. After posting the home for sale, Saré set up the website where we could track the showings and feedback on the home. Within three weeks, we had an offer on the house for the listed price. Once the home was under contract, Saré helped us work through the inspection checklist and find local contractors to fix the items on the list to keep the sale moving forward. Saré has integrity, supporting the sellers and buyers together in having our needs met. She patiently went back and forth with the buyers agent to address the needs of the buyers and to recommend solutions for us as the sellers. This takes takes collaboration skills and high levels of emotional intelligence. Who said the real estate business was easy? It takes hard work to meet the needs of clients. After all, we were selling our family home to a new couple that will start fresh in this beautiful space we loved for a decade. So it's about more than just the market and running the numbers.   I've had the pleasure of working with Saré in two ways: selling my property and designing my kitchen. Saré has a true talent to listen. She cares, taking into account every detail. She asks great questions to make sure she understands exactly what is needed, then works so hard to network and get things done! Saré didn't just find a CA agent to help sell my property. She made sure they worked like she does. She was meticulous with details to make a smooth transition and profitable sale, highliting my problem solving needs and sensitive to timing. My kitchen has become our family's dream space because of Saré's eye for detail and searching for the right tiles and lighting fixtures to fit the Moroccan look I desired. It amazed me, honestly, how on point her finds were and how diligent she was locating the place to get authentic tiles, unique light fixtures, and the perfect blue paint for the custom wooden cabinets! Down to the handles that tie in the worldly feel, Saré really made the process go smoothly, being fun and creative! I cannot recommend her enough.
