  Well as everyone else’s reviews stated my loan got sold to them, so no choice in the matter… I have yet to find a phone number that allows me to talk to a person. On two separate events I called and waited on the line for over an hour only to have the phone line picked up and hung up on! I was wanting to discuss an Equity line of credit but never talked to anyone guess they don’t want the business.

  Unfortunately, I have to give this place a 1 star. However, they deserve 0. Our loan was bought by these “bank”, so we had no choice. Thankfully, our loan was transferred/bought by another bank and I cannot express how relieved I was. The new bank that now holds our loan found almost $10,000 of overpayment to our escrow account. Not to mention that when they took over our mortgage payment had gone up by almost $500. Every time we would call and ask about random fees they never had a real response as to what these fees were for. We almost lost our house because of their incompetence, negligence, and lack of ethics when running a business. But it’s a bank at the end of the day. I’m just glad we no longer have businesses with them!

  Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. Do not trust this lender. They have bene impossible to deal with. Thankfully I locked a low interest rate or I'd already refi with someone else.

  After months of trying to get my PMI dropped, I finally hit 80.0 % LTV. They refused for so long because they base the value on the lowest appraisal from four years ago (my home value increased by $250k since). "Can't drop PMI because you're 80.1 % LTV." Soon as I hit 80 % they transfer my mortgage to another bank.
