  Well as everyone else’s reviews stated my loan got sold to them, so no choice in the matter… I have yet to find a phone number that allows me to talk to a person. On two separate events I called and waited on the line for over an hour only to have the phone line picked up and hung up on! I was wanting to discuss an Equity line of credit but never talked to anyone guess they don’t want the business.

  Unfortunately, I have to give this place a 1 star. However, they deserve 0. Our loan was bought by these “bank”, so we had no choice. Thankfully, our loan was transferred/bought by another bank and I cannot express how relieved I was. The new bank that now holds our loan found almost $10,000 of overpayment to our escrow account. Not to mention that when they took over our mortgage payment had gone up by almost $500. Every time we would call and ask about random fees they never had a real response as to what these fees were for. We almost lost our house because of their incompetence, negligence, and lack of ethics when running a business. But it’s a bank at the end of the day. I’m just glad we no longer have businesses with them!

  Currently working on assuming a VA loan through them and I am convinced that they have never dealt with any VA loans and don’t read their own documentation. Have it listed as my wife as the borrow and myself as a co-borrow on a stack of paperwork they claimed they needed for “underwriting” and still got it backwards. Also asked us to fill out about 10 of the same forms even though we already sent them. If they can’t even manage initial paperwork properly, I can only imagine the rest of these reviews are 100% accurate. And forget about getting ahold of anyone on the phone.

  Very very low quality bank. I am pissed my loan got sold to them. This is like an extremely low budget bank where you question if it's a scam it's so sketchy. Please please sell my loan to another bank so I can stop working with you!

  First interaction with this company is that they can't take electronic payment on day 1 of the mortgage loan transfer. Terrible start. Way to inconvenience your new customer out the gate.
