  Amazing Response Time. Ben is a very tenacious and responsive agent. He helped us get our condo sold for a good price in a buyer’s market. As advertised on his voicemail, he always responds within 5 minutes. It was reassuring to know that he would get back to us quickly as promised.

  Ben helped my fiancé and me buy our first home together and we cannot appreciate our praise towards Ben enough. Ben was extremely patient, walking us through basic concepts and making sure we understood things before they came up. When in a house, he highlighted important details that we would have missed and demanded nothing but our perfect home. Ben worked several late nights, creating competitive offer letters, calling agents, and walking us through key decisions. His hard work led us to our dream home! We cannot imagine being at closing day with anyone else and we would recommend him to any buyer looking for nothing short of the best.

  Ben was attentive to our needs from beginning to end. He thoroughly went through and explained every step of each contract word for word from placing our home on the market to contract offers to closing. He gave us pros and cons for us to make best case decisions. Always available by phone. We sold our home for exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail, honesty and great communication sets him above all other realtors in the business. His professional communications with other realtors was always serving us. We encourage anyone selling or buying to give him an opportunity. Ben earned our repeat business from buying our first home to selling two of our homes. We would have asked for his services if he was licensed in Missouri.
