Said that I had better keep my children inside otherwise he don't know if they'll be alive or not next time i see them. I've made multiple complaints to office about him. They always dismiss anything Said. They say we will take care of it. No, no they don't take care of it. Why do we have to deal with this? Spyglass creek apartments are no safe for me and my family. The man is very violent towards multiple people.

There's an elderly man that is constantly trying to start fights and just pushed a guy against the wall and threatened to kill him. The elderly guy ran when the guy he was trying to beat up and apparently kill called the cops. Happened by the mail room. I've seen the elderly guy come out of apt. 4-101. He also has threatened to shoot an employee and her family because they are black. I don't feel safe here. The employee left the office because she didn't feel safe with him. After seeing this i definitely don't feel safe and definitely won't be renewing my contract with spyglass apartments. They are letting someone so violent and crazy live here and go around trying to assault other tenants!

Ronald was very helpful throughout the process — he took the time to show me different apartment options and made all the paperwork super easy. The place looks like a great community to live in. The hallways can feel a bit warm and sticky, but once you’re inside your apartment, it’s really comfortable and peaceful. Excited to start my new chapter here!
