- BLBruce LawNov 8, 20255.0Not really understanding how 1031 exchange works, Terri was recommended to me by my Realtor at RedFin. It was an extremely difficult transaction process for me, but thanks to Terri, the transaction went way more smoothly than I initially anticipated. She explained to me in a language I could understand, both Federal and State Laws. None of it made sense to me, but she took the time and explained it to me in layman terms. She took the time to make sure that I understood, which is no easy task. I kept thinking of all the things that could go wrong but everything pretty much worked out as planned (again, thanks to Terri). I would recommend Terri to anyone considering buying/selling property using a 1031 exchange.
