I'll keep it short. Paper thin walls. Brown water filters. Complaints ignored, and saying anything about your neighbors gets YOU into trouble. That's the short version.
If you complain about a neighbor keeping a pet outside or anything, they turn around and claim that you're playing music and fighting all night without proof. Same thing happened to the lady below me who I complained about playing music so loud I could hear the lyrics.. there was passive aggressive back and forth and she moved. GOOD FOR HER. THE WALLS ARE TOO THIN and she didn't get that but I did and I didn't complain about her non stop.
I'm now also being accused of being a drug addict because of something a neighbor thought they heard, but only bothered to complain about after I knocked on their door and said, THERE'S A FALCON OUTSIDE, YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR CAT IN. two days later, I'm literally being served a notice to vacate in THREE MONTHS; this is a non renewal lease served this way to scare me because they don't have proof.
So. Don't move here. I'm pretty sure maintenance entered my unit without proof, because that's part of this whole complaint. Landlady is trying to convince me that I was screaming about drugs in ashtrays.
... I'm sorry, what?! Yeah. It makes no sense. I WAS smoking medical marijuana because honestly in this day and age, I had no idea. Who the hell enforces that? But yeah, pretty sure maintenance guy who lived in my building entered when I was at work and told her about the ashtrays. For weed only... By the way. I don't even smoke cigarettes. Oh and they keep trying to convince me I'm letting someone stay here that is only mostly here now BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE MY UNIT UNATTENDED. There's always someone here now. They are saying I've been served more notices than I've actually been, AND I'VE GOT A DOORBELL CAMERA. LASTLY, I CAN'T PROVE THIS BUT MAINTENANCE STOLE CASH FROM MY GO BAG WHILE SUPPOSEDLY WORKING ON A VERY SMELLY SHOWER DRAIN.
Seriously, RUN FAR AWAY. Apartmentlist.com will give you apartments that work work evictions. Don't make the same mistake I did and sign without looking (I got evicted during COVID, but who didn't? Money, you know). This place crreaks like an old ship at sea. That alone is good enough reason not to live here.

I’ve had such a great experience at this apartment complex! The community is beautiful—well-maintained landscaping, clean common areas, and a peaceful atmosphere that really makes it feel like home.
The office staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to fix things quickly and properly. It's rare to find a team that’s this reliable and respectful of your space.
Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live. The people here really make the difference!

I've lived here for 9 months and as soon as summer hit and I went to the pool this women who supposedly worked there and said there has been "rumors" of me not living there as they are drinking and smoking at the pool with kids there dont forget she said she works here! Instead of approaching me at the pool she did as me and my sisters one being a minors were walking to go get food after the pool. Then I told her I could show her my place because I didn't have on the top of my head as she pop up out of nowhere asking all of us where we live. Which i can say is weird enough due me seeing her drink and smoke at the pool. After the offer to see my place she said no "it's fine sweetie" and start throwing a fit and arguing with all of us. After walking away, she goes back to the pool and tells her friends. And continues where she left it off drinking and sweatingAnd continues where she left it off drinking and smoking. Crazyy!! Don't live here if you cant remember things like address in a scary and uncomfortable situation. Don't forget the minor with us!

I love living here a lot, the path near our house is beautiful. However when I have issues or questions I can never get ahold of the people at the front. I have called during business hours multiple times on multiple occasions with no answer. It gets very frustrating.

This apartment complex is unsanitary. They do not empty the pet waste bins regularly, to the point where bags of pet waste are flowing out onto the ground. This happens about once a week. With the heat, the bugs and smell are disgusting. There is a dead rabbit carcass that has been rotting in plain sight for over a month.
Also, the apartment complex likes to pit neighbors against each other and will give rewards and incentives to residents in exchange for taking pictures and videos of them and turning them in to the office. BAD management.
Maintenance is a JOKE. We moved from out of state and were promised a "renovated" apartment. apparently "renovated" just means a very sloppy lacquer coating over the countertops and some new vinyl flooring that they didn't even line up correctly. It has gaps in between the pieces. We were even missing some cabinet doors when we moved in!! We had to call maintenance on our first day to come and add a two warped, wood glued-together cabinet doors in the kitchen. We will NOT be renewing our lease after only one year.
