- SSSatoriOct 31, 20255.0I just want to give a huge shoutout to Steve and Ty, our regular maintenance crew here at Windmill Apartments. These two are absolutely top-notch. Today, they were working on a different unit nearby and noticed our screen door needed attention. Without even being asked, they came by to fix it—talk about proactive! They arrived within about 15 to 30 minutes (Elizabeth says 30, but it felt quicker!), and were already halfway done before I even had the chance to step outside and thank them. That’s how efficient and on top of things they are. Not only did they handle the repair swiftly, but they also took the time to explain how the door fits tightly due to the railing—which isn’t their fault, and I can confirm that after watching them work. They even made sure we knew how to operate the door correctly moving forward to avoid any issues.

They stated “no” they introduced themselves and asked did I need some help in my apartment”. I said yes, I had 2 cases of water in my car, they carried up for me , reviewed the items that needed repaired . They did increase the temperature on my hot water heater, took notes and pictures of repairs needed. They assured me they would be here soon for repairs. They are very nice , caring and knowledgeable of their job. I was extremely impressed with them. Makes me so happy to be part of my new neighborhood. Thank You !!
