Only giving it 1 star due too my apt being clean some what okay but infested with ANTs, even though we are being charge a monthly extermination nothing is exterminated, one maintenance man was helpful and kind his name was Byron, but living here is a nightmare I live next to a local use to be homeless man, who helps out other homeless by letting them use the front yard as there personal scrap yard/ wash there clothes here even though I pay 1 600+ to have access too, they take apart cars in the parking lot/ they all fight and argue, which brings me too my upstairs neighors who pound around like a flat footed toddler who learning to walk , my kids aty uo all night due to them arguing, an the man screams like a toddler, throws up we can here it from our below bathroom vent while the girlfreind laughs like she is grasping for all life obnoxiously, back to the other neighbors, They consistently bring other fellow homeless so they can stay the night an have a whole big shindige. If your looking for a place to call home but not YOUR home this is the place too be

This place is definitely a cesspool. Controlled by slumlords. There's not one word that I can say nice about this place. Please for the love of God do not move here. They've already been on the news to bring the dark to light. This place should be condemned. It's infested with mold, rodents and bugs. Not including the mushrooms growing in the hallways. Homeless hang out and do drugs at the end of the hallways on a regular basis. The grounds are disgusting. Dog feces everywhere. The ladies in the office are nice but they are liars. They know exactly what goes on in those apartments and they don't care. Being nice doesn't fix anything. Heating, plumbing and they're so-called a/c is always a problem. They tried charging me for things that we're false. My apartment flooded downstairs so they moved me upstairs to another apartment. Then charged me prorated rent. So they took my deposit after Brett told me that I wouldn't lose my deposit. Big liar!!!! He tried to make up for it by giving me some little gift card to cover all my damaged property in the apartment. Which did not even add up to 1/8 of what was destroyed. Not only that when my apartment had the sewer flooding. The maintenance man kept hanging up on me and started cussing me out when he finally answered. They didn't come to even try to help me clean the mess. My son was sweeping water out of my door all night. I can go on and on. I'm sure the people that live there are miserable. I pray for them all the time. They will get justice. God will deal with the owners accordingly. They can't get away with it for long. God bless and please do not move there.

I have never regretted living somewhere more than here. Upon move in, my apartment was filthy and nothing like the model unit. We had to clean for nearly a week after our move in date to get it at least livable. The model unit is essentially a lie, so don’t believe it. Ask to see your actual unit. I chose this place because it looked nice and I wanted to live close to the University. But wow this was a huge mistake. Fruit fly infestation on day 1. Little grain beetles in the lower cabinets where I have never stored food. So it’s from the previous tenant. We had to have the ceiling replaced for mold ( which took a week and phone calls to get it changed). Now we get word that they’re shutting off the air. It’s early September. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but there is a massive hole in my window screen. And honestly I don’t want to let more bugs in. There are already enough. Oh and the vents are absolutely filthy but they are so painted over that I can’t unscrew it to clean it and get some fresh air. I’m honestly so mad I live here. Every day is stress filled because of the bugs, the lazy neighbors, and the homeless people that follow you up to your apartment and knock on your door. $1400 a month is a rip off for this place. I wish I would have been smarter and spent my money elsewhere. Believe the negative reviews because all of them have been true in my experience of being here for 2.5 months. Wish me luck for the remaining 9.
