Considering looking at an apartment here so I drive by first, and it’s a hard no. The entire parking lot is covered in 6”-8” pot holes 2 feet wide that are impossible to avoid. I can only imagine the flat tires and broken ankles that this place is covered in.

We lived here for five years and this is one of the best apartments to live in. The office staff is amazing and so is the maintenance staff. If you want a place that will treat you the best this is definitely the place to move!

I have lived here for over 7 years and I have loved it. It looks like life, love, and work will be taking me north to Denver, otherwise I don’t think I’d be leaving yet. No place is perfect and no place ever will be, but I have enjoyed this place - my home.
I care about walk-ability. I’ve lived in suburbia before where “walking distance” is 45 minutes to a gas station and that just isn’t for me. Safeway, Target, Dominoes, Sally’s, 2 pharmacies, a liquor store owned by a wonderful couple, a great med & rec dispensary, an excellent vape shop, an amazing speciality aquarium store (VERY helpful if you keep fish like I do), a book store, a sporting goods store, and a O’Reilly Auto Parts (a true god send if you’re working on your car and are missing something- and you can’t drive your car because you’re working on it lol) as well as Union Meadows Open Space, and the Garden Ranch Community Garden are at their farthest (that being Target/CVS), a 20 minute walk away at a leisurely stroll.
My one complaint is prolly’ the parking lot, but 2 entrances and one primary road make it difficult to completely redo since people would be shut-off from close access to their homes and that can be real dicey with ADA regulations. I recommend a time machine to go back and complain to the people who originally constructed the property, since no one here bears responsibility for those decisions.
Last, but certainly not least: I adore the front office. Ms. Bobbie the property manager and Ms. Taylor at the front office are both wonderful and awesome people.
