Overall love living here and love the staff

Kelli Broomhead is always professional and solves any problems we have had. She is always kind and enthusiastic about the future regarding the complex. I also appreciate Marcos and Andrew for all the maintenance they do with our apartment as well as the amount of cleanup they have to do around Westmeadow. Thank you to the staff who are always kind and courteous to the residents.

- AFApril FlaggAug 8, 20255.0I really appreciate the responsiveness of the manager, Kelli Broomhead. She always responds, even when short-staffed, and is always professional. She really works hard to come up with solutions and continues to be proactive in helping residents deal with noise from above guests. Marcos IS THE GOAT when it comes to efficient maintenance. He is prompt when addressing issues and always says hello. They just repaved the entire parking lot and resod the grounds. Now I am getting what I am paying for. :) I'd like to see more community events, like a pool party - cook out, a proactive move out for those military folks that are leaving the complex and help them get rid of things they can't take with them or a block party in the afternoon using chalk on the sidewalks to write positive messages to each other. Just a few ideas. :)
