  Lately haven’t been able to get Maintence to our unit or pest control about the continuous roach problem/other problems we’ve encountered/ had for months and the lack of communication lately is very sub par and kinda frustrating!!! Also Charity in the leasing office is very rude and talks with such an attitude every time I call and have to speak to her and I just think that’s highly unprofessional and it makes having to call unpleasant and actually kinda makes living here a not so great experience knowing there’s someone who obviously doesn’t like doing her job and is constantly rude every time she answers the phone!! I appreciate Raquel though she’s been wonderful and extremely helpful since day 1!!

  Very rude I called about a application I put in and had a transaction receipt for my fees. She's told me I don't have anything. I said ok how do I get my money back she says I guess you don't

  I am currently a resident here and it is currently 10 at night and i now have to wait until morning to get my laundry because someone came and locked the door with the dead bolt after there is already a code lock? I pay almost 2 grand in rent and im not allowed to do laundry whenever i want to? Thats not okay at all whoever is the one locking the door needs to take a look around inside before locking the door to make sure people dont still have laundry in there! Not cool at all!

  Got evicted after handing the manager money! They put it in the office desk and emailed my husband saying she would take the money . The cops kicked me out on the same day the manager decided to give me the money back! They have roaches and have harassed me in the past! I dont really recommend it! I've met some good friends there, tho
