  Love it at the Baldwin! The maintenance manager Damon is the greatest guy. Very quick to respond, organized and friendly. He really keeps this place looking good.

  I enjoy living here all my maintenance issues have been fixed at a very timely manner. Damon is great and really cares about getting everything done fast and well.

  Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. When I first moved in, the water temperature wasn’t quite warm enough, but maintenance addressed the issue quickly and resolved it. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—Kailey and Mel have both been wonderful to work with and always make you feel welcome. The fitness center is well-maintained and a great amenity, and the apartments themselves offer excellent storage space, which has been a huge plus. I’m happy to call this place home!

  My personal experience living here was extremely disappointing, especially after new management (Garrett Companies) took over. I lived in this building for a few months, and it turned into one of the most stressful living situations I’ve ever dealt with. The entire building — hallways, common areas, and individual units — had recurring leaks. On top of that, there was nonstop construction and disturbances throughout my time here, including loud cutting, industrial fans, and equipment constantly running in my unit and in the hallways. Management repeatedly claimed they were “doing everything they could,” but when a place is built fast and cheap to begin with, there’s only so much they can do. The walls and floors are also incredibly thin — you can hear everything happening around you. There’s no sense of privacy or quiet. The only genuinely positive part of my experience was Alex, the maintenance tech. He was professional, reliable, and one of the few remaining team members who actually cared after many of the good staff were let go. Unfortunately, the maintenance supervisor, Damon, was rude. After a bad experience, I specifically requested that only Alex and one other person handle work in my unit. Instead, I was told they could send anyone they wanted, regardless of my request. Between the continuous leaks, constant construction noise, poor build quality, thin walls, and dismissive management, I would strongly recommend not wasting your time, money, or peace of mind here. There are far better options out there.
