The grounds and inside halls and the elevator are disgusting due tenants allowing their pets to urinate and crap in the hallways or elevators. Parking seems to be nightmare because of how it’s built. Management does not answer emails in timely manner or at all. Which is absolutely unacceptable because if a tenant needs help or questions it will go unanswered or delayed. Maybe more help is needed. Maintenance the gentleman is nice but when putting in requests you don’t know when they will come or any confirmation that maintenance is on its way. Maintenance sometimes doesn’t come at all either or days later. It’s nice apartments inside of apartments but the upkeep needs to be better when it comes to pets and better communication with tenants. This will definitely be a one year lease for our family friend.
- TLThomas LuceNov 27, 20254.0Nice apartments, but not without their growing pains since they're so new. Been here a few months and when I moved in, the unit was pretty dirty. But it was whatever since it was mostly just stuff from construction. Theres a lot of weird little inconsistencies that you only notice once you're in the unit for a while- dead bolt plates not level, kitchen lights are uneven, stuff like that, so nothing awful just annoying if you tend to notice that stuff. Staff as been nice and quick at responding, same with maintenance. Honestly, my biggest gripe has been the parking. Out of the several complexes I've lived in, I've never had to so consistently park at the opposite end of the complex. No spots are assigned, and they run parallel to only one of the 3 buildings. Some people seem to leave cars in spots for days at a time. Obviously comes with the territory of an apartment, just be be wary if you have to lug a bunch of stuff to and from work like I do. Otherwise its a quiet spot, without too many issues.
