  The property is well maintained, and maintenance is usually timely. Location is fantastic, and they fixed the parking lot where a year ago. No more potholes! Overall, it's been a nice place to live. Hot tub is open 365/year, and the swimming pools up in the summer. The units themselves could use a bit of renovating but, everything works. The area itself is very safe and Ive never had any problems with neighbors, or noise problems. Plenty of parking too.

  My refrigerator has been broke for over a week they keep making up excuses and lies tell me the are coming to look at it and nobody comes my rent is over 2000 for a 2 bedroom and that was not what was quoted before I moved in so it so many fee you no nothing about but they don’t wanna fix things when you call smh I will not be resigning my lease and on top of it This place keeps getting worse. They removed tiles from my fireplace for "routine inspection" after a fire in one of the buildings. They still haven't replaced the tiles and it has been two months. I have this ugly gaping hole. My garage was broken into from the INSIDE. The cameras are fake. We lose power at least once a month

  Management is on top of things especially with maintenance and updates Place is peaceful with lush trees

  Lived here from 2022-2023 and I find myself in 2025 back here again. I love this place and Peggy is the best.

  IN HONOR OF D.V AWARENESS... I asked you on our 1st meeting if you would consider this a "community" because Robert has made me the pariah in my last 2 It wasn't till he did it here in record time I realized it was him Peggy and Robert have conspired for the last 2 MONTHS to abandon me in my LEGAL lease by ILLEGALLY picking sides in a d.v case which she told me more then once was illegal to do.. THEY NEGATED MY LEGAL LEASE She has no legal lease with me personally for this property and hit me today with a demand for payment This is the 3rd management Robert has turned on me a LEGAL TENANT and his wife IN THESE 2 MONTHS PEGGY HAS NOTIFIED ME ZERO TIMES AFTER MY 2 ATTEMPTS to civilly talk to her and tell her I'm the VICTIM and she gaslit me into believing it's all in my head so I had to wait to prove it And now I'll wait for a court date YOU HAVE NO LEASE WITH ME I've collected 5 years of evidence of contractual abuse by management towards me because of whatever Robert tells them You were just too eager to violate me that I have to wonder how many other d.v victims lives you've single handedly revictimized. And trust I know the difference between truth and SLANDER Sincerely the victim on the 3rd floor I've also wrote Google reviews for Artemis and wildridge so my abuse is well documented If my lease isn't legal neither is his you can't just play magical leases with no communication that's your job. And p.s after reading other complaints on here and the replies are also lies 1. The business in the garage is true 2. Maintenance does just walk in apartments I had to tell them more then once to knock and wait for a response 3. Cars get stolen here 4. The fireplace tiles sat for a month with what appeared to be asbestos fibers on them unsealed I'm open to speaking to higher ups if they are going to honesty listen and not treat me as Peggy has I have PTSD I've had 3 panic attacks losing hair and weight While she's playing with my health mental and physical that's why I haven't addressed her again And Robert hasn't stopped bothering me since she moved him to his secret location.
