- KHKimberly HarpMar 5, 20255.0Toll Brothers has done it again with this luxury townhouse community in an unbeatable location. Sitting at a high point on Woodmen rd the views of pikes peak are amazing. All things you need are located nearby. Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and big box stores. The floor plans are functional and high ceilings are standard. All the touches in Toll Brothers construction set them apart from most other builders. Little things like cement board between shared walls help to reduce sound from the units Nextdoor. They just seem to think about everything. I’m pleased to say I’ve already sold two units in this community before the models even opened. This community will sell out quickly!
