The biggest thing is no delivery driver will ever be able to find your apartment due to the buildings only being numbered and not having addresses on them. Second, you will be able to hear every single dog bark in your neighbor's apartments and backyards and it takes a lot to get someone to do something about it even with non stop barking.

I had to go back and forth with the office SEVERAL times because they could t fill in the CORRECT information for my lease BEFORE rushing me to sign it. On move in day, I came into a DIRTY APARTMENT! Dead bugs on the floor, splatter of paint all over the floor, carpet tore up in the closet, etc. Had to submit maintanence request ON MY FIRST DAY MOVING IN!!!!!! Since living here the experience is HORRIBLE! Leasing office never answers the phone you ALWAYS have to walk in the office just to get ANYTHING accomplished. Every maintainence request I put in I HAVE to either call or walk in the office to ACTUALLY get it done! What is the purpose of a PORTAL if no one is going to actual use it! Leasing office continuously gives you the same “I’m so sorry to hear that” response with every complaint but never ACTUALLY doing something about it. This entire property is a joke! They are move concerned about adding new amenities to the clubhouse instead of actually FIXING the apartments we pay over $1000 of dollars to live in. I don’t care about hot coco in the club house COME FIX MY APARTMENT THAT I PAY FOR!!!!
