I have to say that Josh got my refinance done with an absolute minimum of pain. I was going through a lot at the time and was terrible about helping Josh with information and supporting documentation. He was *super patient* with me and just made the whole process amazingly simple. This was the most difficult loan I have obtained, and yet Josh made this the simplest process for sure--just great service! He locked at the right time, and I got a very fine set of terms, buying the APR down with a few points. It was a great arrangement for me, and I was very happy with the loan cost. My refinance was a little unusual due to some unique life circumstances I won't get into here. But I want to mention that Josh was *super knowledgeable* about how to get my unusual story and situation through underwriting. And it happened so fast I don't really know how he did it. Anyway, FIVE STARS for sure. Josh was just great to work with. Highly recommended!!
