  Try reaching anyone there, or even being able to leave a message. So much more to say but won't...just...don't. No communication. No notices. Crazy unwarranted fees. Online payment wasn't working. Lack of decent enormous debit notification. But they charge late fees and interest. Where do those fees go? Finances aren't exactly transparent on a detailed proper level you can see reality. Rather than understand when they can do better, Michael fines and assesses crazy compounded interest and I think pockets it from what it seems. If more than one person is complaining they should change how they do things. Their payment system also wasn't working. I and others called for weeks just about that. Michael again never called back. People are forced to take this abuse or he fines them with charges no reasonable person or company would. When owners ask to go before the board without him, he refuses.  Same with asking for full financial transparency. Michael can't simply do the right thing - stop bullying and blackmailing and fining people. Don't harass when a customers posts a review as he's done to all. Be financially transparent for real, with details, fix the voicemail and call people back if more than one person is complaining. . If PMI did the right thing, I'd remove the review as I'm sure others would, too.  He is being oddly stubborn. It makes no sense for me to complain if they communicated well and ran the business properly - like the larger HOA PM company, Advanced HOA is great. I don't complain unless there are serious issues and the owner has crossed lines. But ou can see I give good reviews to many companies. So it takes a lot for me to write a bad review and yet his response to my review has been horrific. And scary honestly. I would write more but I feel threatened in multiple ways and he's not being reasonable in any of the realms I and others have complained. He just loves his fees and harassing instead of saying "I may be doing things wrong what can I improve" - he's working for us. He forgot. Given the shady business and legal actions against them already I would assume any good reviews are false.

  PMI Flatirons has the worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. No responses to phone calls, late incompetent responses to action items and horrible payment methods for owners trying to simply pay their balance. The only thing Michael Menard cares about is charging owners late fees and closing action items before resolution. This guy is the worst to work with by far. I do appreciate Oscar Osiris calling me back over 2 and a half weeks after I left multiple voicemails and posted numerous action items. He seems genuine, just a guy working for a terrible company. The slap in the face comes when he asks you to write a 5 star review for taking off a $20 charge that occurs because the company won’t respond. I can’t count how many other people have been bribed by him but it’s a joke reading the other reviews. Before choosing this company be warned, or you will regret it.
