- BSBarbara StoutJul 12, 20235.0I have give a big shoutout to Mike the manager of both the Upper and Lower Borders. He was such a pleasure to deal with. We have stayed at the upper Borders (a short walk to the village) condominiums for three years now and have enjoyed staying there very much. It’s very clean and quiet. This year we reserved two weeks in early July. We had a unit which faced the circle driveway which was tree-covered and a with perfectly lovely view. For three days of our 2nd week there we had a great deal of construction work being done right in front of the building which resulted in our having to keep the front sliders to the patio balcony closed due to the noise and blowing dirt. I called his office and he was so quick to respond and was gracious enough to have taken a portion of our bill. His quick and positive response will keep us coming in future visits to Beaver Creek. Thanks for being so gracious, Mike. Because of your response, we’ll be back. Barb Stout
