Misty, Matt, and Amy were phenomenal—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the process. Communication throughout the process was prompt and well-informed. During our final walkthrough, there were only a few minor items to address, and by the time we were done, Matt had already scheduled or planned most of them—making the process completely stress-free. We especially hope you get the chance to work with Misty Salazar. She was outstanding and stood out as one of the best sales representatives we met in the Aurora Highlands neighborhood. Misty is the reason we chose a Pulte Home, Matt is the reason we stayed confident in our decision, and Amy is the reason we feel like we’re part of the Pulte family.
