I don’t live there but the Art work and statues are so cool! I find it peaceful!

We had an amazing experience with Pulte Homes in Aurora Highlands! The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home exceeded our expectations. Misty, Matt, and Amy were phenomenal—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the process.
Communication throughout the process was prompt and well-informed. During our final walkthrough, there were only a few minor items to address, and by the time we were done, Matt had already scheduled or planned most of them—making the process completely stress-free.
We especially hope you get the chance to work with Misty Salazar. She was outstanding and stood out as one of the best sales representatives we met in the Aurora Highlands neighborhood. Misty is the reason we chose a Pulte Home, Matt is the reason we stayed confident in our decision, and Amy is the reason we feel like we’re part of the Pulte family.
Thank you guys for giving our family the opportunity to build our forever home!

If you're considering buying a Pulte Home, especially in the Aurora Highlands community, please proceed with caution. Once you sign the contract, the level of care and commitment from Pulte dramatically drops off. Myself and many others have experienced poor craftsmanship, unfulfilled warranty agreements, and endless frustration trying to get promised repairs completed.
Despite Aurora Highlands being named "Community of the Year," many of us homeowners are still living in unfinished homes two to three years later, with outstanding warranty issues that Pulte has failed to address. Even with written agreements, Pulte often finds ways to avoid completing the repairs they promised. After several warranty department changes, the situation has only worsened.
One homeowner recently pushed hard enough to get some repairs completed, but many others, myself included, are still fighting to have basic issues resolved. The lack of accountability and customer service is alarming, especially for a builder associated with such a highly publicized development.
Several of us are preparing to reach out to local news outlets to share our experiences. I'm sure the media would be interested to hear that behind all the accolades, many Pulte homeowners are being left in the dust, dealing with broken promises and unfinished homes.

Go to Bridgewater or Tripointe homes if you want a quality home. The sales team was the only one “redeeming” as they tried with communication. The construction side of things is a disaster. If you have Ron as a Construction Manager, be sure to double check his quality of work, specifically at your last walk through. As soon as you sign that paper all things will get sent to warranty, even if it’s an appliance that is needed daily. The warranty process is a mess. We have been trying to get the same items fixed for the last 2.5 months. We get no email responses from the warranty representative or the generic customer service email. Trades that are scheduled through the warranty team do not show, and when you follow up, there is silence for weeks. If I could go back in time, I would not have bought or built with this company. They made promises that were not followed through on and continue to lie about their solutions to our issues.
