  I’ve lived here for more than ten years and have been happy here. The complex is very helpful whenever I need assistance. Specifically Lorraine Delgado. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with her for the time she’s been here and she has been truly amazing helpful prompt and follows up on requests of concerns that I have. She helps when we need stuff with our appliances making sure to follow up after to make sure it was complete. I provide her information with concerns around the complex and she is vigilant and provides me direction, she’s always so positive whenever I stop in and says hello with energy and excitement. Makes for a pleasant experience always.

  The move in process was simple and quick. Jessica welcomed us to our new home with pizza.

  Probably one of the nicest apartment complex in Whittier. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Erwin in Maintenance was always on top of things and willing to help with whatever I needed.

  David provided excellent service expeditiously on two occasions for my apartment repairs. He is always friendly and does a great job with follow-up. Thanks David
