  I recently visited family at Woodside Village Apartments and had a great experience. The property is very clean, safe, and well-kept, and feels very calm and welcoming. It’s a place my family enjoys living in and now that I have gotten to spend time here I can definitely see why!

  Unfortunately the department area is been declining quality in the last four years, homeless around the area, people outside the property using the trashcans, stolen packages and renters property in balconies and porch area, lot of dog poop and not a safe family area anymore.

  Thank you to maintenance worked Ruben for our fixing our toilet and shower! He was very friendly and fast.

  The maintenance guy came and fixed my toilet ...He did a great job .... They always do their job here... Thanks to their staff...

  Management here is so bad . I always have problems due to one of the staff Darlene .I had an issue with her at her other job and she decided to continue the issue here. I brought the situation up to the manager Whitney and she totally trued to play me like a fool telling me “ you don’t have to speak to her here’s my direct line . “ I left the office then I decide to save the number and it’s the leasing office number . I don’t know if they are aware that they have jobs because we live here so why play games like that another issue is that they charge for a disposal fee for tenants that move and their stuff is still in the unit when management get the apt back . Then the dispos the remaining things in the dumpsters that the renters pay for and say that ”they pay 10% of all the trash from the whole complex .”(not including the trash that the gardeners add to our trash cans . If you already charged someone for the disposal fee why don’t you just dispose the stuff like you said said and charged the renter for . Makes no Sense and it’s ridiculously how much they charge for utilities . The bill only shows how much percent the renter pays but not how much the total it is for the whole bill that the percent is taken out from . But if you do come here Sandra is the one you want to speak to she gets things done abd I’ve never had a problem tha she couldn’t help me out with
