  I live here. Only "complain" I have..Tbh & this is IF you can even call it a complain....Is that since I moved in pretty much 3yrs ago the Hot Tub has never worked & water in it has never even felt warm or hot....the jets even halfassed blow out the "bubbles or w.e.".......other than that, the place is Awesome.

  Property is really clean and well maintained. Staff is also really nice and welcoming. Conveniently next to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. It is a very nice place to live.

  Honestly, the property itself is very clean and well-maintained, but the management is extremely disappointing. They are highly disorganized and lack proper communication. I scheduled an appointment to view a three-bedroom unit after speaking with a representative who confirmed the time. When I arrived, the office which was supposed to open at 8 AM didn’t open until 11 AM, so I waited nearly 45 minutes. Once I was finally able to view the unit, I was told by the same gentleman that it would be available on July 20. However, his manager contradicted that, saying it would be ready sooner. Then the gentleman told me, “Oh, I actually sent you an email that someone had already put down a full deposit.” This kind of last-minute update was frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time. In addition, I couldn’t help but feel unwelcome during my visit. While the staff was polite, it felt like I was being judged based on my race. From what I observed walking around the complex and the leasing office, the majority of tenants and staff appeared to be Hispanic, and everyone was speaking Spanish. I have absolutely no issue with Spanish speakers, but it was hard not to notice a lack of diversity, and it gave the impression that they cater only to Spanish-speaking tenants. Whether intentional or not, the overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Between the poor communication, inconsistent information, and the atmosphere, I would not recommend this place to prospective tenants who are not part of that specific demographic. This is why i’m only giving him two stars, which is because the property was clean. Everything else was a waste of time. So the maintenance team deserves a raise
