  Very bad communication and way of doing business, that you’re the listing agent do not give any right to act in a disrespectful way or act like you own the world . I will never use her services or will recommend her services.

  I can not recommend Cheryl highly enough. She helped me and my sister through a very emotional time as my father and step mother were selling their house in Berkeley, California when my father was taken ill and we arrived on the scene from the UK. It was a very confusing time for all of us and not knowing the system in America, Cheryl guided us, advised us and supported us way above and beyond. Sadly our Dad died whilst we were there and Cheryl was respectful and patient as we tried to make decisions about what we would do. She was always there to offer advice and was very sympathetic to our needs. She was the calm amongst the storm and I can honestly say that without that calmness our experience would have been far far worse. She eventually sold the house and managed the whole process with Seniors On The Move as my step mother was not capable of moving herself and we were back in the UK so everything was arranged by Cheryl and the house sale and her move was done sympathetically and smoothly. Cheryl showed her patience, calmness, professionalism and kindness in spades and she made a very difficult and upsetting situation bearable and I can’t thank her enough.
