  Cameron Chatterton and his assistant Shannon did an outstanding job selling our home in Richmond Heights, CA—over asking price—even though we were living in Germany. He stayed within our remodeling budget, worked with very reliable contractors, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process via a WhatsApp group chat. We took a risk listing the house just three weeks after Thanksgiving, and Cameron’s strategy paid off. His creative marketing, including a fun Instagram video he edited himself, helped attract younger buyers. Professional, innovative, and extremely reliable—I highly recommend Cameron.

  Recently we had occasion to sell two rental properties at the same time. Cameron and his team (Shannon and Leslie) did a wonderful job for us. They were highly organized, especially scheduling and monitoring numerous contractors and handymen hired to prepare to place the properties on the market. Cameron clearly knows the neighborhood and the market, and where to focus his efforts. In one instance, although there were a few houses in the neighborthood that had been on the market for months, Cameron priced ours correctly, and it actually sold off-market above our proposed asking price. Cameron's highly developed people skills contributed to completing the transactions quickly and smoothly. We highly recommend the Chatterton Homes Group.
