  Cameron is a great realtor, he shows up on time and presents his clients with anything they need. He is very patient and is willing to dedicate all the time to his clients. He does is due diligence with other realtors for his clients and really guides them on the pros and cons of each house showing. His team is really supportive and we felt really comfortable around him!

  There are not enough words to express my delight for Cam and his team. First and foremost an interstate move SUCKS! The stress of moving is hard but to add moving states with opening up an office for work my job was cut out for me. Cam and his team worked around my schedule, always on time, answered all my questions and were the go between with myself and the homeowner. It did not feel like business at all! It felt like I made friends before I even moved out. To add to it when I’m ready to buy a home I now have a team. The fact that they do not manage the the property but are available to me when I need anything has been such a stress reliever. They even went as far as letting me know what gyms are around sending me all the info for utilities along with contact info. Literally SAVED me a million pounds in stress! Thank you so much Cam! I highly recommend! Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient.

  I worked with Cameron Chatterton to buy my condo in Concord, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He made everything super easy and fast.. from the first showing to closing, Cameron handled it all smoothly and kept me in the loop the whole time. He’s down-to-earth, responsive, and really knows his stuff. I never felt pressured or confused, just supported through the whole process. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and makes home buying feel stress-free, I definitely recommend Cameron!

  It was awesome working Cameron! I’m a Home Loan Officer and was able to recommend my client to him. Within 2 days of setting them up, Cameron had my client looking at homes, which not every realtor will do. In less than a week, my client was under contract on the home he wanted. Communication between Cameron and his team was very efficient. I will gladly recommend any of clients to him and any lender who is looking for a realtor to help out their clients.
