- DBDaniel BaskaranNov 30, 20245.0This apartment complex has changed quite a bit in the last year due to the new manager Icela. Notably, the maintenance works are getting done quicker than before. For those who have lived here for more than two years, we know that the call box at the entrance never worked in the past. One day she demo'd the call box to me and I was surprised that it is working again! There's also new equipments in the gym/clubhouse. Good job Icela! Besides this, the property management keeps it likable, cleaning the whole property thrice a week, pool is cleaned monthly, does a good job in landscaping inside and outside, cleaning the plumbing structures every hear, resealing the concrete floor once a year and much more. I highly recommend this property for renting 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
