  I will be moving out of Woodbridge Gardens at the end of the month and couldn’t be more ready. I sent in my notice a week ago and still have not gotten a response. I’ve even tried following up and calling to no avail. This building is horribly run and you can never get in contact with anybody at ANY TIME, it’s like they ignore calls on purpose. There is always construction going on for months at a time and it’s LOUD. The construction workers will leave trash and debris around the premises to the point where I almost popped my tire from screws laying in the garage driveway. There’s much more to say, but I’ll leave it at that. NOTE: this is nothing to do with the maintenance crew/workers. They are absolutely lovely despite being run by an office of careless management. Don’t move here.

  Do yourself a favor, and do not live at Woodbridge Gardens. The building is horribly managed. There are better maintained properties out there for your money. Don't waste your money here. Our washer broke four months ago and has yet to be fixed, despite repeated maintenance requests. The property manager has done nothing about it, she doesn't care and never answers the phone. When we do get a hold of her, she gives excuses and does nothing to fix the issue. The city issued a compliance notice because there is no on-site property manager. The "property manager" for this complex manages two buildings, and this one is obviously the neglected of the two. There is never anyone here maintaining the property, management or maintenance. Riding the elevator is also a harrowing experience, as it makes loud banging noises every time it operates. It is utterly astonishing that the building does nothing to fix it. But that goes back to the lack of a property manager. Do not live at Woodbridge Gardens. It is a horrifically maintained property where you will be at the mercy of the landlord and their incompetence.
