  I am renting at Wilbur Oaks and going into my 5th year here. When we rented in 2020 location was beautiful and well kept. We had no wash or dryer in our unit but it wasn’t an issue at the moment because they had 3 laundry rooms in the complex. 3 years later they remove one and keep 2 laundry rooms. Now this huge apartment complex about 4 buildings are to use and share only 2 laundry rooms and the majority of these washer and dryers are not in good conditions. They take the money you deposit into them but are not working. I was told by Terry, one of the ladies in the leasing office “ you wash at your own risk”. She also told me that I should go wash outside instead. Pretty crazy to say being you pay $2500 of rent and the least you can expect is for the laundry rooms as well as other amenities are being kept up with.You don’t get a refund and this has happened to me on multiple occasions and its very frustrating.Anyways point being I don’t think it’s a great place to rent anymore, I’m hoping to leave this complex by the next lease. I’d love to be able to get into contact with someone regarding Terrys ways of handling with the tenants because she’s a very rude lady and I’m not the first to experience this type of behavior from her.

  When we first moved into Wilbur oaks it used to be a fantastic place! We signed our lease with a wonderful women named Lynda who unfortunately moved to work somewhere else (don’t blame her) and the leasing office was taken over by Terry who is a mad women drunk on whatever “power” she had over the tenants. This place is terribly not dog friendly unless you have a tiny yapping dog that can sit on a patio and bark at whatever noise happens but god forbid you have an ESA/ service dog…. The walls are thinner than paper and you can hear EVERY noise that happens either from other tenants or anyone who drives or walks by. Many people sit in their cars at 2 or 3am with music blasting or would park for months on end in “permit parking”… your parking pass makes no difference since no one cares to actually enforce any type of parking rules stated in your lease. Maintenance was fantastic though. They always do their best to find a solution to your problems and quickly whenever Terry decided your problems were worth her listening to you.. Do yourself a favor and lease ANYWHERE else. Not worth the constant battles, feeling like you’re being constantly watched since management lives on property and honestly not worth the cost of the place. Good luck to anyone who still lives there!!
