He is highly knowledgable on the area we were looking at and was able to answer all our questions, and as first time home buyers, he provide useful insights on the area and on the homes he showed us and even the ones we sent him. Even went out of his way to do the home visits for us, sending us updates and recordings when our schedule didn’t work out. He was honest and not pushy or in a rush at all. Communication was never an issue with him. He negotiated with the seller to make sure the deal met our preferences and needs were met and more.
