  I had the pleasure of working with the Tyson Robinson team on a recent escrow in Bonsall. The team member whom I corresponded mostly with was Miguel Ramos. It was a great experience working with him. He was communicative, his follow-up was excellent and I would definitely recommend him and the team if you are looking to either buy or sell a home in North San Diego County.

  My experience with this real estate agency started off positive, but unfortunately ended with a significant amount of frustration. During my home purchase, I relied on the inspector referred to me through the agency. One year after closing, I discovered a major roof leak, and a roofing professional determined that the underlayment had more than likely been failing for years and showed visible signs that could have been noticed during the buying process. While I understand that real estate agents can’t control every aspect of a home inspection, I expected more support and guidance when such a large issue was uncovered. I reached out hoping the agency would help facilitate communication with the seller or at least acknowledge the severity of what was missed, but the response felt dismissive and didn’t offer any meaningful assistance. The process left me feeling like once the sale closed, the level of care dropped dramatically. Buying a home is a major investment, and in my opinion, first time buyers should be encouraged to get specialized inspections—especially for roofs—rather than relying solely on general home inspectors. The staff was polite, but based on the outcome and the lack of support afterward, my experience was ultimately disappointing. I recommend that future buyers be proactive in getting additional professional inspections to avoid costly surprises and understand that this agency seems to not care about previous customers.

  My wife and I just recently purchased a home through Trillion Real Estate and things could not have been smoother. Gavin Miller was our agent throughout the entire process. He explained everything to us very clearly and was extremely patient and kind despite our million questions. They did not pressure us when we contacted them, which we appreciated since we were flexible with our moving times and wanted to wait for the right house. We were intimidated about searching for a home again after the pandemic but were pleasantly surprised with how smooth everything went. Every time there was a listing we wanted to view, Gavin was extremely responsive and flexible. A good agent makes all the difference, and Gavin and Tyson really know this area, which in the end really helped with getting our offer accepted. Every Seller Agent spoke very highly of the Trillion Team, and I can see why. If you are looking for a Real Estate team, Trillion will not disappoint.
