  I so wish I could include the apartment number of the resident causing me to writ this review. This resident was allegedly advised that their playing of DRUMS during quiet hours (10pm-7am) is disrupting those around them. It stopped for a while, but has slowly began picking up again. I file incident report after incident report and nothing concrete happens. You'd think that resident would receive lease violations, but that CLEARLY is not something that applies at Vineland Gardens. Saying I hate it here is an extreme understatement. Currently looking for a new place to live and will be breaking this lease the SECOND I secure a new place. I'll happily take the financial hit if it means I can restore my mental peace and no longer have to feel triggered by every small noise I hear when I lay down to go to sleep.

  I would love nothing more than to give Vineland Gardens a rating of ZERO. Over the last 1.5 weeks, I have submitted about six, possibly more, incident reports regarding the resident in the unit below me (on the 1st floor). Although Elena has advised quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, the person(s) in that unit REGULARLY BLAST music and/or plays instruments ranging from what sounds like drums, electric guitars, and electric keyboards. This tends to begin each night just after 10pm and doesn't end until anywhere between just after 2am or later. On Feb. 5, they started around 10:33pm and didn't stop until just before 4am. I wake up at 6:50am to start getting ready for work, so needless to say I got NO sleep that night. They are blasting music/playing their television and banging on something as I type this... at 12:24am. I have videos of myself walking the property at 1am and 3am to catalog these incidents since the security team never seems to be able to hear anything when they respond. Even though I've given them the apartment number, several times. Like, just knock on the door and tell them a complaint was filed, tell them to keep it down, and keep it moving! I've also not heard ONE WORD about this from the office, who I assume gets notified each time an incident report is submitted??? But it did take Elena about a month to reply to an email I sent regarding noise and the fire alarms. Which wasn't actually addressed until I called to follow-up on said email. At any rate, I did not get more than 6 hours of sleep each night last week due to the incessant noise coming from that resident's apartment, which has caused me to become sleep deprived. Living here and having to deal with this has seriously begun to affect my mental and emotional well-being. So much so that I am considering breaking my lease and moving elsewhere to regain my peace and return to a normal sleep schedule. I don't know what the person below does for work, but I can't just be out here skipping my day job because they are a nuisance!!! I have shared every incident report I've submitted with my family just in case, God forbid, I fall asleep at the wheel while driving to work and cause harm to myself or others. A certain amount of noise is to be expected when living in an apartment, but this is ridiculous! I'm ending this review at 12:51am and they have kicked up the noise level on the drums... I'm speaking to one of the lawyers at my work tomorrow to see what my options are regarding filing a complaint!!

  I wanted to take time to write a review for Elena. I've lived here for two years and have experienced some bad managers and maintenance staff. However, she has been super understanding and accommodating with us. She's always readily available and super friendly. Love that she takes our concerns seriously and handles them in a timely fashion. She's a ROCKSTAR.

  Vineland Garden “The Gardens” has been our home for almost 30 years and counting. Maintenance, management and staff are great. That says it all Love the unit and all the upkeeps We made wonderful memories and still do.
