I came to the open house anyway, but could not tell if he was just absolutely clueless or for some unknown reason wrote us off. From the beginning he was pushy, answered every question with an answer that didn’t answer the question, and portrayed a level of arrogance that was shocking in a real estate agent conducting an open house. We are well qualified buyers who were very serious when we attended the open house. We ruled out the home not on its own merits or even really price, but on the impossibility of actually communicating with the agent vs. just following his predetermined path.
