  There aren’t enough accolades to describe Ryan Stafford and the Compass group. I was a first time seller and had more questions than most … which I asked multiple times (as I’m also a senior citizen)! I had directives which generally hinder an agent but which Ryan Stafford took in stride and didn’t try to dissuade me. Ryan gave good advice and eased the pain of the stress-ridden process. The team is knowledgeable, straightforward, and treats you with extreme respect. I 100% recommend Ryan Stafford and his team for all your real estate needs. You can’t get anyone better.

  We first visited North County, San Diego, in 2021 and instantly fell in love with the area. When we finally decided to buy our first home, we knew we needed the right real estate agent—someone knowledgeable, supportive, and enjoyable to spend time with, given how competitive the market was at the time. He was easy to talk to, genuinely cared about helping his clients, and prioritized our needs above all else—something that, surprisingly, isn’t always common in the industry. Throughout the entire process, Stafford was by our side, helping us find homes, weighing the pros and cons, and educating us on the market. What we didn’t fully realize at the time was how crucial the right agent is—not just for a great experience, but also for putting you in the strongest position when it’s time to make an offer. When our dream home hit the market, Stafford’s relationship with the listing agent gave us an edge, and we were able to secure the home before anyone else even had the chance—an almost unheard-of feat in a market where homes were selling for hundreds of thousands over asking. Needless to say, we couldn’t recommend Stafford more highly. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is not only exceptional at what he does but also a genuinely great person to work with, you won’t find a better agent than Ryan Stafford.

  Ryan is incredible. He sincerely cares and his knowledge of the North County market is unmatched. He held our hand during the closing process and made it so easy. Thanks to him we have a beautiful home in a dream location. He has become a legitimate friend of ours since we closed our home which means a lot to us. Highly recommend anyone buying or selling a home to call him first.
