- JAJosh AMay 19, 20171.0Craig Kurth (owns this franchise of PMI) is an unethical, shady landlord. He ignores calls/emails for information, and ignores my requests for repair on the plumbing and electrical issues in the house I'm renting. He doesn't even own the house, but he runs a 'franchise' property management company, and manages property's for owners. He has been discriminating against me. He even went as far as to try and evict me for paying rent 2 days late. AND, I was only late because he won't take personal checks, and is forcing me to pay in cashier's checks only. Kicker is, I have never even written him a bad check!! He served me legal paperwork and now have to appear in court. I'd recommend you STAY AWAY from PMI County Line!
