  The apartment management company has changed recently. And we were initially nervous as one of the reasons we loved and kept renewing our lease here was because of how wonderful the previous management office was. This was especially a daunting change for us as it was occurring right as our lease was coming up for renewal. There have definitely been some hindrances and gaps from the transition, such as some of the documents and paperwork being lost during the transition. But the new on-site apartment manager, Katrina, has been super helpful during this process. Anytime we have questions about the new process (how to submit a maintenance request, what the new hours/processes are, etc) or our lease renewal (new rent pricing, terms, gaps between our current and previous lease agreement, etc) - she has been able to provide us with support or at the very least, to promise a follow-up with an answer and delivered. Hoping things will run more smoothly as the new management company continues to ramp up. I am glad that our on-site apartment manager, Katrina, has been really helpful in making us feel assured about choosing to renew our lease with Montecito even in the midst of this transition.

  Miisha was very helpful with us during the paperwork process! She answered all our questions and the Montecito staff and maintenance have been incredibly helpful since our move. We're very happy in our new home.
