  Ive been living here for 5 years. I love this complex it does have ups and downs like anything in life, but having a manager like Patrick makes me want to stay here another 5 years. Such a great person, hes always trying to find a solution to make everyone happy. And gets everything handled quickly, which makes for a great living enviroment. The complex has some amazing landscaping that transports you to a tropical oasis. And so many amenities here make it very enjoyable. Lastly the location, so easy to get places when your right off the freeway . Definately a gem in OC

  Been living here since 2020. Best place I've personally ever lived. The managers are amazing and take care of issues in a timely manner. The pool, gym, billiards room and sauna are all amazing and well kept. Don't hesitate to check it out

  If you want to get calls that your car is getting towed when you dont live here then this is the place for you! If you want to be made to feel that your identity is being stolen, this is the apartment to tour! Make sure to give your phone number to tour so that they call you to harass you 11 years later. Call caiming you failed to pay your rent when in fact you never even signed a lease. When threatened with police and lawyers the people here, have no problem giving private details to people they have called on the phone. I got a current residence full name, email address, phone number and other occupants info. I've asked the office to completely remove my phone number and name from the system. I still receive calls. Your private info is not safe the hands of the people that work here!

  Liked living here the leasing managers Patrick and Adam were great. They always helped when I needed help. However my car broke into on the property and with how much the apartment cost I would hope for a little bit of security in the parking lot.

  Lived here for a short period of time, in that time I’ve had 2 bikes stolen. The bikes were locked up and on our own residence. This is not a safe area. When I confronted the management office asking about if there are cameras on our gates or anything all they said was, “we’ve requested for cameras to be on our gates but our corporate office always denies it. You are not the first person to come to us to say your property has been stolen and you won’t be the last person either.” This area is not safe and the corporate office doesn’t care about the residents.
