    The entire process was horrible and very unprofessional. We were asked to provide the same documents several times. At closing, we had to provide documents that we had previously provided and were not given a copy of the documents we signed and almost a week later we were asked to sign the closing disclosure again because they had made several mistakes. Would never recommend them to anyone.

    This is the hardest company to get a hold of. After a dozen phone calls and a very curt email with "senior customer service rep" Thinh Le, I won't be doing business with them. Absolutely horrendous.

    Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a title clearance for my property for almost a month now to refinance. They have poor communication and organizational skills. They have omitted documents that are need to clear title and neglected the claim by giving it to several different agents who do not respond as they claim they would. I have left messages weeks ago and no response from agent. This has been very upsetting and slowed my refinance process

    They attached the wrong legal description to my mortgage release. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone when I call or return my call when I leave a message.
