  I couldn’t imagine going through the entire home selling experience with any other agent than Frances Mouser. My closing was a uniquely difficult and demanding process. Frances’ efforts went above and beyond what other agent’s I have ever dealt with before. It’s quite obvious Frances’ faith and spirituality guides her in providing her clients the most genuine and forthright representation. You will not make any better decision than to choose Frances Mouser as your realtor.

  Working with Alyssa as our buyer’s agent was like having Tom Brady on our team —an absolute champion fighting for our win every step of the way. She was incredibly patient, highly responsible, and always proactive. From skillfully negotiating the price to communicating with the seller’s agent about every detail, she consistently went above and beyond. What impressed us most was her availability—truly 24/7—always ready to answer our questions, guide us, and make sure we felt confident throughout the entire process.   Kathy really made the purchase of my house so easy! She really listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on something that was out of my range. She was so patient because I had some very specific criteria to meet. She also helped me with finding a lender (a couple I could choose from) which made the entire process so easy to navigate from offer to closing. You could tell that her main priority was my happiness. I would definitely recommend her!
