She was friendly, responsive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The community is well-maintained, welcoming, and in a convenient location. We’re really happy with our decision and excited to move in!
- MSmonique santosDec 31, 20251.0I had a huge water issue with the rain coming through the ceiling and walls , I called maintenance and they said they would come Back in the morning and get a blower or some thing since my carpets were soaked , I never got a call back or anyone to come back , I have children who sleep in this room and have been informed it can cause mold . I can’t post the videos I took but here one of the water bubbles that was going down my wall and ended up popping . Also the maintenance man said this happened 3 times before to my unit !

Contacted the leasing office and they mentioned that I can only use my OWN insurance to deal with it. Shows how the leasing office doesn’t care at all.

They don’t have any remorse for residents that follow the rules and get punished for the residents that break the rules. Towing, overflowing garbage, stolen packages, loitering, smoking. You have it all when you come here. There is a reason the prices on these apartments are the way they are. Don’t be fooled by how “nice” the leasing people pretend to be. Please don’t reply with a generic response and save the hassle.
