The years that I had assistance from PMI were professional and personable. The entire staff is very responsive to whatever was needed. For the past three years (and many more to come) they have responded immediately to our requests and have kept our entire building in tip-top shape! It's unfortunate that our former co-tenant, Elijah Green, is harassing us again after a year and a half when his share of his deposit was deducted for non-payment of his rent and repairs to his room. I understand he has repeated this same pattern since then, has been homeless, and is desperately reaching for anything he mistakenly thinks is due to him.
