I would not endorse this property to prospective applicants. The issues include management and lower quality of living.
Although the location is ideal, there are several significant issues that recently occurred. Some neighbors do not adhere to the rules and it became normal to see the pool closed or hearing late night commotions that resulted in police intervention. Hence, the quality of living has decreased.
It is significantly difficult communicating with management. It is normal to not receive a response through email or phone calls. Sadly, they are not responsive to follow up communications. It is normal to wait longer than a month before they return emails or voicemails. This disorganization extends to their accounting. In brief, management is not responsive and one should be aware of these repeated behaviors.
These repeated experiences and behaviors result in a one star review.

4am and someone's driving through the complex, blaring their horn. Once again, no Security. Why even post signs when there's NO Security to enforce them! Like the "no DOGS in pool area" sign – the office staff saw it happening and didn't say a thing. But they had time to pass out special notes on real paying residents' doors. This place is a joke. Residents are getting kicked out while outsiders run the show… and still no real Security.

"It's frustrating to feel like some tenants aren't following the rules, especially when it affects your living environment and health. Dealing with the smell of weed throughout your apartment building, especially when it makes you sick, is definitely a valid concern. It's understandable to question why management isn't addressing the issue, especially when you're paying full rent and trying to maintain a comfortable living situation."

Another fight at the main pool. No security at all. Kids crying adults fighting. Yet once again no security. These people are drunk and have kids. Being very disrespectful. Why does this place charge so much when we have to deal people like this. They have security signs posted yet noone is here to stop it.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the current housing practices in our community. It breaks my heart to see so many hard-working individuals and families being forced to move out or facing eviction.
While I understand that this complex accepts Section 8, it feels as though there is a double standard in play. Those who work diligently every day are finding themselves displaced, while others may be receiving assistance without contributing to the community.
I believe it is crucial for us to advocate for a more equitable housing approach. Perhaps it would be worth considering the need for low-income housing that prioritizes those who are actively employed and contributing to our society.
Sad the office lady WINDY had a tents truck towed for expressing herself! Yet Windy didn't take in consideration the girl .. came home to get out of an abusive relationship. Yet she made sure it was uncomfortable for her. Windy wouldn't Treat a section 8 tenet in this manner. Her parents are paying 2600 a month and this is how family member are treated. And she will delete yelps as well.
