- KLKai LinNov 6, 20251.0DON"T SIGN THE LEASE! If I could go back I would not sign here. I should've know before signing there would be so many problems when the building wasn't even near finished. This was back in March now is Nov. and I haven't had a single morning without loud construction waking me up. Me and my roommates all feel the same way. There are also so many maintenance problems (Wifi-laundry machine, key card). Apparently my roommate said they are trying to get everything done near Finals. That's a semester of consistent construction every morning. BTW all these 5 star reviews are from people entering a air-pod giveaway don't be fooled.

All the utilities (washer, dryer, etc.) are new and work perfectly. There’s also plenty of storage space, which makes everything so convenient. Honestly, I’m pretty sure this is the best apartment near SDSU! 💯 Convenience: The location is perfect—really close to SDSU, which is great for students. The management office also takes care of packages 📦 and even sends a text when they arrive, so it’s super easy to pick them up. Also management staff are very friendly and helpful! During the first week, they even gave out burritos 🌯 and pizza 🍕 for Welcome Week, which was such a nice surprise! Roommates & Community: As an exchange student, I was a little nervous coming to the U.S. for the first time. But I was lucky to meet such kind roommates. We watch TV together, cook tacos 🌮, and share daily life comfortably. Since our living habits are similar, I’ve never had any issues. It really feels like home ❤️. I truly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and student-friendly place to live near SDSU! 🎉
