They truly deserve zero stars. I thought this would be a nice place for my son to live, brand new close to campus. Big mistake. Move in was not good the apartment was missing furniture, flooring, and the cabinets were missing shelves. It was dirty from construction. Within 2 weeks the air conditioner was leaking. In October my son’s apartment flooded all his belongings damaged. They provided no type of assistance, completely ignoring all my messages. We will not be resigning our lease and do not recommend living here.

Victory on Paseo is incredibly professional and thoughtful and their team has been such a wonderful client to work with, especially in the way they approach marketing and branding. They have a clear vision of what they want to achieve, communicate their goals well, and are always open to ideas and creative input. This level of collaboration makes the work process smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable.
I truly appreciate the trust they place in us and the respect they show throughout our projects. Working with a team that values creativity, communication, and partnership makes a big difference, and Victory on Paseo consistently brings that positive energy.

One of the nicest properties that I have ever seen! Staff is great at what they do and take a lot of time for the residents that they serve to make sure things are perfect. Love the many things that this property offers and rents are very reasonable.

“I feel that students are not being treated with compassion during difficult circumstances like floods. The current approach feels lacking in empathy and transparency, and it’s causing significant financial and emotional stress.” Placing students with others causes issues and stress. They take no accountability and show no humanity. Instead they charge students with no knowledge of fair housing or understanding of thier lease . They hide behind computer screens with threats to students especially Stephanie!!”

DON"T SIGN THE LEASE!
If I could go back I would not sign here. I should've know before signing there would be so many problems when the building wasn't even near finished. This was back in March now is Nov. and I haven't had a single morning without loud construction waking me up. Me and my roommates all feel the same way. There are also so many maintenance problems (Wifi-laundry machine, key card). Apparently my roommate said they are trying to get everything done near Finals. That's a semester of consistent construction every morning. BTW all these 5 star reviews are from people entering a air-pod giveaway don't be fooled.
