- SBShreya Birthare1 day ago1.0Had a very bad experience with the leasing office. They tell you that the unit is not available to tour but still on the market. When the date to tour comes close, they say that the unit has been rented out and keep telling the about other available units with much increased prices. They keep telling that people lock the unit without even actually touring the place. Wasted my 1 month on them and lost two units just like that. Worst part is once the unit is unavailable, they do not even call and let you know, inspite of you showing interest in the unit and following up multiple times with them.

Gino and Carlos, from the maintenance team, were extremely prompt and efficient in addressing and resolving minor maintenance issues in the unit where I currently live. Miguel, from the leasing office, has also been consistently helpful and supportive, especially throughout the lease renewal process. We feel safe, well supported, and truly comfortable living in this community.
