Gino also, very smartly, replaced the flush valve and other toilet insides as he was doing the stop. He checked on our ceiling fan frequency issue as they still turned on randomly due to overlap with other apartments. Gino is super friendly, so responsive, very competent, shows up on-time and the best apartment maintenance person we’ve ever had in living in apartments in several cities in the US.
