Good building and a good experience so far. Here are some things you won't find in other reviews: 1. The only Internet provider is AT&T (other buildings offer Google Fiber, Verizon and others), and there's only one plan. It's a very fast plan if you connect your own router to the Ethernet port, but the default WiFi is SLOW by 2026 standards (50Mbps down & 20 up), and at least in my unit, unusable for VoIP or video calls due to packet loss ranging around 30%. 2. The mail room is often full of packages because residents don't pick them up within 3 days. There's a locker system that makes it easy to find your smaller packages, but its capacity is limited and most packages end up on shelves, sometimes incorrectly sorted by unit number. Still, I haven't had any lost packages out of ~30 so far, so it's not that bad. 3. The A/C is silent but also SLOW. It takes about an hour to change the temperature by 1 degree F. A few other buildings offer split A/C, which is much faster, also quiet, and controllable per room rather than centrally per apartment. 4. The French (split) door Whirlpool fridge is awkward to open, wastes door space, and doesn't save energy because it's much easier to leave one door ajar then with a normal door fridge. Also, it's not that quiet (50dB 1ft away). 5. The bathroom vent is always on, and much louder than the fridge. Fortunately closing the bathroom door cuts out its noise. 6. Most light switches in apartments are dimmers, but not the bedroom light switch, which should be the most dimmable. Maintenance refused to change it to a dimmer. 7. The gym has 5 treadmills (most often unused/too many), but no leg curls/extension, or adduction/abduction machine. 8. The pool is currently (December) not heated. Other than that, + no problems with the Kasa hotel guests so far (but it's not tourist season yet) + all facilities have been perfectly clean + the elevators have always worked and are reasonably fast +++ staff has been super nice (Triana, Daniel, Edward, Tom, Gladiola, Kaylee)

Just moved in at The Lindley. It's even better in person than it appears online. Modern high rise living done very well. Jen and the whole team in the leasing office were fantastic. Highly recommend

Very strange that they are the only luxury new build that doesn’t offer affordable housing. I was told that all new luxury apartments in San Diego are required to have 30 percent of their units be affordable housing units. The leasing agents are rude as well.

We had a plumbing issue while visiting my daughter at The Lindley. Since it was Sunday and it was an unusual situation I was convinced we would have to get a hotel for the night. The concierge called maintenance man, “Abraham”. He arrived within minutes, was very polite and professional and solved the problem within an hour! Lindley apartments is so very fortunate to have him as part of the staff! I wanted to add that Tirana at the concierge desk was very quick to get us the help we needed! 5 stars to Tirana😃

I have nothing but positive things to say about The Lindley and its staff. Jen went above and beyond to ensure my lease was approved, and I couldn't be happier with the level of support I received. She communicated with me daily and kept me consistently updated throughout the application process. The move-in experience was exceptionally smooth, which set the tone for the rest of my lease. The entire leasing team is professional, respectful, and always welcoming. I'm truly pleased to call The Lindley home for the next 18 months.
