  They are very unprofessional and I'm tired of people lieing on me and My daughter some of the neighbors they mad because my daughter does hella sports she won her medals but they give me a eviction when rent always paid but I see them at court I'm not going anywhere!!! That's facts..

  I lived at Sofi Westview for 2 years with three other roommates for college. As busy students, we were hardly ever at our apartment and when we were, it was a no shoe household. We left the apartment in great condition, so imagine our surprise when we receive a bill for a carpet replacement charge upon move out. After reviewing the inspection report, the maintenance person just documented "worn, needs replacement" without citing any real damage attributable to our negligence. They stated the carpet cannot be cleaned and NEEDs to be replaced. When communicating our concerns to management, they completely ghosted us. After asking for a third party opinion before paying the charge, we didn't get a response for over a month... Safe to assume they decided to waive the charge right? WRONG! I received a debt collection notice over a month later, still without any communication from the leasing office. Mind you, we did not state we were not going to pay, we just wanted a third party opinion since the only opinion was their internal assessment. I just want to thank Sofi for their completely unprofessional behavior. Read other reviews, this isn't the first time they've done this and they will continue to take advantage of other tenants. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

  We had a wonderful experience touring a property this morning. After the tour, Angela & Daniela were incredibly helpful & kind & gave us all the information we needed. They went above & beyond to make us feel special & to get us a great deal. Truly a wonderful experience, excited to apply!!

  Leilani is amazing! She got us moved in within a couple days, answered every question super fast, and made the whole process so easy. We can’t thank her enough! We’ve only been here a couple weeks but love the apartment’s size and layout. Community seems to be very respectful of each other and everyone is usually pretty mindful of quiet hours.
