  Would not Recommend this community. Lived there for two years and had to move out early to care for a family member. We happily paid the cancelation fee which was insanely high, 3500 and then they kept our deposit. They stated it was for paint, carpet cleaning, and an apartment clean fee, all of which is considered normal wear and tear. The apartment was left clean and no damage was done except minor holes for hanging art( which is allowed in the lease). You can never reach anyone in the leasing office, an AI bot anwsers but it is useless and a real human never anwsers the phone. I sat outside the leasing office for an over an hour multiple times just to submit paper work and to turn in my keys and give notice. Also, on the rare chance someone was there, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them Doing there job. Felt super uncomfortable just walking in. They promised they were adding a gym when I first Moved in and it proceeded to take 15 months for them to finish it… 2 weeks after it opened multiple machines broke and went unusable for months. Lastly, they dont do anything about loud or unruly neighbors and the water is very inconsistent, shower would go from scolding hot to ice cold multiple times while showering. They were constantly shutting the water off to the building also.. ive lived in large complexes before and non were has bad as this complex. Rent consistently goes up while the standards go down. Look elsewhere.

  Overpriced parking is way too crowded never a manager on site or around to return calls tend to issues with the units etc never let us know that the manager maiah who moved us in was no longer the manager, not LGBT or disability friendly. Charge way too much for hot water and have the cold super low they will ask for your sdge account number then make you liable for the whole complexs usage and double charge you on your rent, have over 16 apartments empty and illegally renting them out as Airbnb units, if you can find a place better than this please do their motto should be welcome to latitude apartments where you receive the updated rent ledger and when you ask about it they get an attitude!

  So far so good, just moved-in. Mia made it happen, there was a small hiccup but Mia to the rescue and got us results which is what matters. Love the community & walkability. Wish the fitness center had AC and parking spots were roomier but it’s no biggie really👌
